Louis Marmon, MD, PhD (Founder and Chief Executive Officer). As a pediatric surgeon for over 30 years, Lou’s professional and philanthropic aims have always been to “save lifetimes.” Lou founded Advance ESG for exactly that goal; to address the most important environmental and social issues impacting the health and well-being of this, and all future, generations. Lou has extensive executive non-profit experience responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of plans, policies, strategies and budgeting. He has also been an active consultant to biomedical companies, early and late-stage start ups as well as several financial and investment institutions. Dr. Marmon is committed to Advance ESG’s mission of creating change within the corporate sector to improve the state of the environment and quality of life for all people.
Andrea Felzer, MBA (Controller). Andrea has nearly 30 years of experience overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of several businesses and non-profit organizations. She also brings to Advance ESG extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing research and tax preparation.
Alexandra Ospina (Marketing Director) is the founder of Momentiv Consulting, a digital marketing firm that works with SMBs to develop unique strategies that attract and nurture valuable customer relationships. With a wealth of experience as a B2B digital marketer, Alexandra is a veteran at creating captivating digital strategies. Before devoting herself to Momentiv Consulting, Alexandra worked in clean tech. Sustainability being a critical personal value, she headed the marketing department for a leading manufacturer of fuel-efficient technologies. Her efforts garnered attention across North America’s transportation industry. Alexandra’s achievements include securing government funding for transformative digital marketing projects, planning international market penetration strategies, and multiple finalist nominations for export and technology awards in Canada.
Beth Milano (Director, Brand Strategy) Beth brings over 20 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM and Brand strategies to the Advance ESG team. She has a lifelong passion for sustainability and is currently working toward a Corporate Sustainability and Innovation graduate-level certification at Harvard University Extension School. She believes companies can achieve a symbiotic balance between profitability and sustainability practices and is excited to be part of the Advance ESG team to help guide companies through the process.

Craig Derbenwick (Contributor) is the Managing Partner of Forefront Financial Marketing, where he works as a marketing consultant and writer for asset managers, fintechs, SaaS companies, and other B2B clients. He has spent more than 15 years working with Wall Street and Silicon Valley companies, including global firms like UBS, Brookfield, Capital Group, Invesco, and Microsoft, as well as helping to launch new startups and propelling growth at boutique companies. He’s especially interested in how capital markets and investors can promote sustainability, fight climate change, and tackle other massive societal challenges.

Craig Rosen, Ph.D. is currently the chair of the Rosen Family Foundation which supports educational, environmental and health initiatives worldwide. He is amongst the most accomplished and successful biotechnology executives and entrepreneurs. Dr. Rosen was a Co-Founder, President and Chief Scientific Officer of Human Genome Sciences (HGS). He also served as a member of their Board of Directors until shortly before their acquisition for $3 billion dollars by GlaxoSmithKlein. Subsequently Dr. Rosen was the Founder, Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Chairman of CoGenesys before its acquisition by Teva Pharmaceuticals for $400 million. In addition to her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with specialization in Philanthropic Governance and Leadership, Dr. Dutta also holds a MS in Sustainability Management and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing Management.
